Approaching the end of August we are continuing with the positivity and keeping up our high working standards with more Heat pump installations up coming.

We have just started another installation of a Vaillant AroTHERM Plus heat pump in Longford in Derbyshire. This is an amazing barn conversion that has been built with extremely low heat losses. We have had a small delay due to the manufacturer of the hot water cylinder having extended lead times and now means it clashes with us working away during September until early October. This should mean we get this over the line in the 2nd week of October if everything aligns. As well as the above, we also completed another AroTHERM plus installation in Matlock this August. This has meant another fossil fuel burning appliance has been removed and another happy customer doing their bit for the environment by switching to renewable heating.

Currently we have 10 Air source heat pump installation projects in progress. These are ranging from, proposal pack stage, initial design phase and heat loss survey, mid installation, and booked in for installation. As a result of this we are now only taking bookings for new BUS grant eligible installs for 2025. To see if you're eligible click here

If we do make faster progress on our current projects, we MIGHT be able to fit another couple of installs in on top of what we already have booked in before the end of the year. Please check back in next month for more updates on this.

Fair Isle Bird Observatory update

The 1st visit to Fair Isle Bird Observatory in Scotland has come to an end. The team of Phil and Simon have been  there for 6 weeks working extremely hard to keep things on programme. We are returning in September with double the man power to keep to the programme and get all installation work completed to leave commissioning for a final visit due in November. Look out for updates on this job next month. Project start date 18/06/2024.

Amongst the above we still have a number of boiler installations, servicing, Landlords checks, breakdowns and general plumbing jobs coming in to fit around all of the above and are welcoming any new enquiries for these kind of jobs.
